I headed out in my Streaker 485 to fish for Southern Bluefin Tuna & Yellowtail Kingfish today -
Conditions were glass calm in the morning -
After '9-hrs of trolling' i caught no Tuna or Kingfish
The only decent fish caught was 20 Australian Salmon
I released many more Salmon, but kept my bag of 20, Salmon must be bleed upon capture to improve their table quality -
Some nice Salmon was caught, i kept my bag to share with family & friends, reel used was the Alvey SR-100 spin reel -
Below pictured are the avarage size for the day, in the past few weeks the fish i caught were much bigger -
Australian Salmon fight so hard & jump out the water shaking their heads & take deep powerful screaming reel dives.
