Another Australian Salmon Catch

I fished for Kingfish & caught none -



But i did manage to find the Australian Salmon in large schools shimmering the surface of the water -



The Lowrance HDS Live 7 fish finder was lit up with Salmon schools - 



It didn't take long for the Salmon strikes to happen - 



Fish On - 



I released many Salmon & kept none -  



The Salmon were from 1.5kg to 2 kg + '50cm' -



Alvey SR100 spin reel & a '4-7'kg Uglystik Carbon rod with 5kg line, great sport - 



Hook up's were everywhere - 



The Salmon schools were moving about, but were located by the fish busting the surface -

The fishing was superb & Salmon were all over the place & close to shore in 5m of water depth - 



End of days fishing, i released many dozens of Salmon & kept none - 



Later i fished for Pinkie Snapper, i caught several dozens of Pinkie's all legal keeper size, but i released them all & kept none - 



A successful & happy days fishing, one to remember..
