This morning i noticed a Koala Bear at the road side, i helped it cross the road by asking drivers of cars to stop & give way. The Koala has no idea of the cars passing are dangerous & i helped the Koala cross the road - Mr Koala Bear made across the road & is now resting - Finally the Koala Bear made it across the road & climbed the tree in safety, am glad i could help him cross the road..

Seems a very fragile creature. No aptitude to live in a town, as birds and rats.

yeah, I cant believe it was in a town either Mauricio, I live in the bush and its rare to see them here, I don't think I have seen one for over 2 years.

Here, a lot of animals are smashed at roads every year. Its a pitty. I already saw big animals, like tapirs, crossing the road in my past, when living in other State. Capibaras were well common too. And they are big animals.

My town of Portland has plenty of Koala's, Kangaroos, Wallabys, Emu's etc..
