Yep hardley a person in sight, your own private beach "Not" 🙄 It was at Maceió, Praia dos Franceses (Frenchmen beach). Bad choice for our vacations. That city is a tourist trap. Bad food, lot of low people, never more, bad services, and a big thirst for sucker tourists. For you see, I and Má went to a city shore restaurant called "Rei da Lagosta" (Lobster King) . Brazil Northeast is knowed by be the Lobster land. Sure, we ask for a lobster dish. Lobster with Cod fish. Well, the Cod fish really came, but the Lobster ... don't. And they had courage to serve it even then so. I call for the waiter, and said that had no lobster in that plate. Do you believe the waiter took a FORK and started to find the lobster in the plate front us? Sure, with no success. He call the manager, who came front us with a thick face to said that really, the lobster had finished that day. And they had the courage to don't advice the client and serve the plate even so!! People there treat tourists like ducks. 
Certain night there, we went to a Pizzaria (Pizza restaurant) that seemed nice. Sure, we ask for a pizza. What delayed more than half hour. We asked the reason:
- The Pizza cook didn't came today, we asking for the cook from our other restaurant come here to make the pizza.
In fact, the cook came. But he said to waiter he doesn't accustomed with the wood pizza stove, just with the electric one. And soon a big smog start to came from the kitchen, taking most of the room. The Pizza? The most horrible one I ever saw. Something to trow to bin can. Was a shame  . I'm Paulistano, In São Paulo you can eat the world better Pizzas  . So, if you come to Brazil, don't go to Maceió, Alagoas State capital. You will regret your choice. |
