I fished yesterday on the Lee Breakwater, I caught two nice Pinkie Snapper 34cm / 35cm & then i hooked & caught a huge 130cm Gummy Shark - This Gumbo put a up a great fight on light fishing gear - I caught this Gumbo with my new Gomoku rods & Pioneer ALT-6000 reels using 15lbs line - Great catch & even better seafood meals to come - Big Gummy Sharks are always highly prized by anglers, particularly when caught land-based -

We prepared the Gummy shark in beer batter, for some nice fish n' chips - We prepared a beer batter to our liking - Then we got the oil hot in a WOK, so we can fry up the Gummy Shark - The WOK heated the oil up very hot, so the Gummy Shark cooked in minutes - Nothing beats freshly caught fish, then cooked ASAP - 'Bon Appétit' 'Yummy' Gummy shark 'fish n' chips' for lunch, it's fresh as it can get -
