I fished offshore today, using 8oz sinkers on a Paternoster rig with fish strips for bait -

I manage to catch several nice Snapper from 34cm, 39cm, 48cm, 51cm & released many more, using the Alvey OS300 overhead reels -

End of day, i got a nice bag & limited myself to these Snapper -
